Incepted in the year 1987, Precision Fibre, being an ISO 9001:2000 certified company has emerged as a leader in manufacturing, supplying and exporting comprehensive range of precision machined components, precision automobile components, FRP lining, FRP moulded products, FRP composite material and RTM products. We are also engaged in supplying Original Equipment (OE) to various industries including automobiles, engineering and allied industries.
Leveraging on our state-of-the-art infrastructure equipped with latest machines, we have been able to offer these components that conforms to various international standards. We are supported by a dedicated team relentless effort helps us in offering qualitative components in stipulated time frame. Our research team coordinates with engineers and technocrats offer valuable suggestions that immensely help us in creating unique and practical range.

Our entire range has been categorized as FRP molded products, RTM molded products, FRP lining and FRP composite material.
In our range of FRP molded products we offer FRP auto components, FRP machine parts, FRP bus components and others. Our assortment of RTM molded products features RTM sheets and molded products. The FRP lining range encompasses chemical resistance lining, tank lining, vessel lining and epoxy lining. Further, we also offer precision engineered FRP composite material.

| Our Manufacturing Facilities | |

We possess developed a state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities that help us to undertake the manufacturing of our wide range of precision machined components, precision automobile components, FRP lining, FRP moulded products, FRP composite material and RTM products. Our manufacturing unit is spread over a sprawling area of 5000 sq. ft with an installed capacity of 2500 units. The entire manufacturing units is segregated into various sections such as fabrication shop, assembly shop, general machine shop and others to streamlining the manufacturing process and meet the large scale consignment in a stipulated time frame.
We thoroughly maintain the inflow order of raw material, storing, testing, manufacturing, assembling, final inspecting, finishing and dispatching so that the quality procedures at every stage are implemented without loosing the efficiency and production. Our well equipped manufacturing unit has all necessary machines used for production. Some of the machines installed are as follows:- Molding machine

Further, we have a separate in-house designing unit facilitated with CAD/CAM which helps to enhance the equipment on designing and upgrading part.

The team of responsible engineers and technician keeps a close coordination with all involved in the manufacturing process and constantly strive to deliver an innovative and flawless range of FRP and RTM products. This has enabled us to develop affable relations among them, which helped us to work in harmony to meet the diverse requirements of clients.
Our quality supervisors monitor the entire process and keep a close eye on every step of production to see whether the products are at par with the industry standard as well as clients’ specifications. It is their responsibility that only tested range reaches the market.
Further, we conduct regular training session and seminars to enhance their efficiency level and keep then abreast with the latest developments, which have been taken place.
