Being an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, we have been following the principles of total quality management in manufacturing precision engineered range of precision machined components, precision automobile components, FRP lining, FRP moulded products, FRP composite material and RTM products. We integrate various internal processes in order to control and improve the qualitative features of our products.
Manned by our quality analyst we conduct thorough checking in our well equipped testing lab where we use necessary measuring instruments and advance techniques to conduct the following tests to ascertain their durability, safety and corrosion resistance:- Spark test
- Acetone test
- Hydraulic pressure test
Our team of quality supervisors also conducts inspection on a regular interval on every batch of our fiber products to ensure that our range conform to BS and EN. The machines installed in our testing lab are also calibrated on a regular basis.

We conduct the research work regarding development in conformation with company’s resources and present range of components. After thorough analysis of the development procedure, the researchers recommend the entire thing to the concerned department. For future reference all the research data are documented and safely preserved.
